How to do I pay with Ozow?

  1. Select Ozow as your payment option during checkout.
  2. Select your bank from the list presented.
  3. Log in to your online banking using your online banking credentials.
  4. Select an account to pay from.
  5. Your bank will send you a form of payment authentication either by means of SMS, USSD Push message or In-App authorisation.
  6. Once you have successfully authorised your payment, the transaction is marked as complete.
  7. Ozow sends a notification to the merchant on the outcome of the transaction and in turn, the merchant will process your order immediately.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Typically 2 - 4 days after payment reflects into our account.

We use The Courier Guy as our Courier, we found them to be reliable, speedy and affordable.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

Typically 4 - 10 days after payment reflects into our account.

Refunds:

If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.

Should an opened product be returned, a 25% re-stocking fee will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it. Should an opened item be returned without some or all of the original packaging and materials, RC Software (PTY) LTD reserves the right, at its sole discretion to levy an additional fee.

Refunds are subject to inspection of item(s) - in some cases, items will need to be sent to supplier for evaluation and testing. This can take up to 15 working days. Once a refund has been approved, this may take 3 - 5 business days to be processed.

Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Software and consumables can only be returned if they have not been opened.
